**Role Overview**

Ambition is seeking a highly skilled Audit Manager to join their team in West London. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to the company's impressive growth, with an increase of over 20% in the past year.

The ideal candidate will primarily work with SMEs from diverse sectors, providing audit and accounts services to international clients looking to expand their UK footprint. The role offers optional international travel and involves a portfolio split between audit, accounts, and tax.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of audit and accounts assignments, including planning, budgeting, and time management.
  • Delegate tasks to and supervise the team.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of files and provide feedback to the team.
  • Finalise files for Partner review.
  • Motivate and encourage the team, providing timely constructive feedback.
  • Oversee and mentor trainees.
  • Assist with training and provide upward feedback.
  • Assist with the preparation and presentation of new client pitches.
  • Provide innovative ideas to improve current systems related to client or staff matters.
  • Assist with billing procedures and debt collection where appropriate.

Requirements:

  • ACA or ACCA qualification, ideally with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
  • Experience with audit, accounts, and tax, with at least 50% in audit.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients.
  • Flexible hybrid working.
