Brandon James, a leading Fire Consultancy based in Guildford, is seeking a skilled Fire Risk Assessor to enhance its team of fire safety professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments across various sectors, including residential and commercial properties.
- Provide expert fire safety advice to clients, staying up-to-date with current legislation and developing effective Fire Safety strategies.
- Develop and implement Fire Management plans, identifying solutions to Fire Safety-related problems.
- Support the preparation of documents, policies, and procedures.
- Strong interest in Fire Safety and experience in conducting type 1-4 risk assessments.
- Capability in Fire Safety and strategy development, with training provided.
- Ability to identify solutions to Fire Safety-related problems and prepare effective documents.
- Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000, depending on experience.
- 25 days holiday allowance and flexible working policy.
- Laptop or iPad provided, along with petrol allowance.
