We are seeking a skilled Commercial Solicitor to join our team, focusing on commercial contracts with a strong emphasis on intellectual property. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to provide strategic advice on commercial contracts, with a focus on IP and contractual disputes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on commercial contracts, including drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with our disputes team to handle commercial and contractual disputes.
- Manage a caseload of advisory and strategic work, including contract drafting and negotiation.
- Qualified UK solicitor with 1-2 years PQE.
- Commercial experience at another legal firm or chambers.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Autonomous and efficient, with proven organisation and project management skills.
