About the Role

This permanent position offers an estimated salary of £45,000 per annum. The successful candidate will manage a team of staff, creating training packs for new facilitators and ensuring marking criteria is met.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of staff in delivering our Experiential Psychotherapy programme
  • Oversee curriculum development and implement improvements
  • Create comprehensive training and compliance packs
  • Ensure that marking and assessment criteria are met
  • Develop and maintain timetables and review programme structure
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must hold a relevant qualification or be accredited as a UKCP Psychotherapist. Previous leadership and management experience in a similar setting is also essential.

  • Key Qualifications:
  • A relevant qualification or accreditation as a UKCP Psychotherapist
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a similar setting
  • Demonstrable ability to implement best practice processes
  • Knowledge of UKCP Child Psychotherapeutic Counselling Standards of Education and Training legislation
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
Working Hours and Job Type

This full-time position offers flexible working hours, with a 28-hour week, Monday to Friday. The job type is permanent.
