Job Title: Lead Engineering Program Manager

Aardvark Swift Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineering Program Manager to join their growing Engineering team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in leading and directing a team of Engineers, line managing staff, and fostering strong leadership qualities such as motivation, positivity, and active listening.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a talented team on exciting projects, including high-profile AAA games. You will oversee technical planning, task delegation, collaborate with international clients, and stay current with industry trends and best practices. The ideal candidate will have 7 or more years of programming experience in games, expertise in multiple programming languages, including C++, and proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams.

Responsibilities include exhibiting strong leadership qualities, fostering high standards in communication, collaboration, and coding, and working on a variety of programming specialisms, including gameplay, core technology, porting, and low-level architecture across multiple platforms. The salary for this position is estimated to be £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
