We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Representative to join our team at Hikvision UK & Ireland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective channel sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the regional market and be able to build and maintain sustainable relationships with existing and potential Tier-1 distributors. You will also be responsible for developing new Tier-2 distributors and evaluating their performance to maximize channel coverage in the regional market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to increase sales revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential Tier-1 distributors
- Develop new Tier-2 distributors and evaluate their performance
- Responsible for annual & quarterly target settings for distributors
- Coordinate quarterly business review meetings and review business development progress
- Responsible for weekly/monthly revenue tracking/forecast and manage stock levels & stock rotations
- Deliver product and commercial education and training to business partners
- Plan, implement and follow up with distributors' marketing activities
- Responsible for contract management of channel partners
Requirements:
- Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and verbal
- Strong communication skills as well as excellent negotiation skills
- Good analytical skills
