As a key member of the customer acquisition and retention team, you will be responsible for leading the execution and optimization of CRM campaigns, driving customer lifetime value, and further growth for the business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the execution and optimization of CRM campaigns in email, app notifications, and other new communication channels.
- Develop and implement strategic CRM plans to drive customer lifetime value and business growth.
- Manage and develop a team of designers to create engaging and effective marketing materials.
- Work closely with the senior CRM Manager and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Proven background in briefing, executing, measuring, and optimizing email or digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan and allocate resources for multiple campaigns and projects of varying complexity.
- Analytical, numerate, and results-oriented, with good commercial judgment and KPI understanding.
- Customer-focused, with a proven track record of considering customer segments and insight, and applying this knowledge to marketing campaigns.
- Experience in leading a team, either direct reports or in a project scenario.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and with senior stakeholders.
- Proven reporting skills and experience using reporting tools and Excel.
- Ability to assess creative against commercial goals and campaign objectives.
- Fast learner, ready to adapt and utilize new technologies as they become available.
- Ability to work at pace and adapt to change in a fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail is essential, with good problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with bags of initiative and enthusiasm.
