About the Role

As a Care Services Manager at Signature Senior Lifestyle, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to our residents. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the care team, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care. This includes managing staffing rotas, developing strategies to improve front-line care, and managing the care services budget.

You will also be responsible for leading and developing the care team, mentoring and inspiring others to provide exceptional care. You will need to be IT literate and able to use our Signature Specific systems, including MCM and RADAR. You will also need to be able to travel as required to meet the needs of the business.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary from £56,000 per annum, plus annual bonus. You will also receive up to 30 days annual leave, starting at 25 plus 8 bank holidays depending on length of service. You will be eligible for a workplace pension with matching contributions, free meals on shift for staff working 6+ hours, private medical insurance, and company sick pay. You will also be eligible for our Life Assurance Scheme, 'Blue Light' discount scheme, Refer A Friend Incentive, and Staff Recognition Scheme.
