Job Description

This role involves managing relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and focus across all hiring processes. You will also manage a team of 8 Talent Executives, driving both performance and personal development. Key metrics for this position include team and individual performance, headcount to budget, and reporting and forecasting key talent acquisition metrics.

You will be involved in and manage full recruitment processes, from writing job ads to onboarding new starters. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and 'what good looks like' in their teams. Managing members of the Talent Team includes presenting to support and offer guidance to the team when needed, supporting with team call shadowing and providing constructive feedback, monitoring key inputs of team, coaching and developing team strengths and improving any weaknesses.
