Salary:£32,500 per annum
Hours:37.5 hours per week

This role involves leading and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care for older adults and providing support to residents and their families.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing care teams and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating the care team to deliver exceptional care
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the care home
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
