We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill the role of Nursery Assistant at Happy Days Nurseries in Weston-Super-Mare. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with children of various ages, developing your skills and knowledge in childcare and education.

Responsibilities:
  • To embody the SHINE values and support the effective running of the nursery.
  • To be a 'key person' for a group of children, ensuring their care and development needs are met.
  • To use the unique 'Where Children Shine' curriculum to plan and assess children's learning opportunities.
  • To understand and implement safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare requirement policies and practices.
