Job Overview

We are seeking a Recreation Assistant to join our team at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Limited. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the Recreation facilities to ensure immaculate hygiene standards and readiness for use.
  • Carry out routine cleaning and housekeeping tasks in line with operating procedures.
  • Ensure stock and amenities are replenished in all areas of the spa.
  • Set up and dismantle meeting and event spaces.
  • Supervise the pool area with basic lifeguard responsibilities.
  • Open or close the facility.
  • Take reservations and answer the telephone.

  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
