Job Description

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of the company's operational resilience strategy.
  • This includes building and nurturing strong relationships with operational teams, leading operational risk analysis and reporting, and providing second-line oversight.
  • The role also involves leading the ORSA process, presenting operational risk reports to relevant Operations and Risk Committees, and conducting annual reviews and updates of risk frameworks and policies.
  • In addition, the candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the quarterly Risk & Control Self-Assessment process, developing and maintaining the Risk Register, and staying informed about regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience working in operational risk.
  • Experience working within Insurance/London Market is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement experience and excellent communication skills are essential.

Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum
