About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our team at Appoint Group. As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing expert evidence-based case management services for referrals relating to attendance, fitness to work, and other requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice in respect of legislative requirements and best practice
  • Provide professional and evidence-based written reports
  • Provide fitness medicals and health surveillance where required
  • Evaluate the results of medicals and surveillance provided
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC UK pin and no restrictions
  • Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health Degree/Diploma
  • At least 2 years experience working in occupational health in the UK is essential
  • Experience of exposure to case management and health surveillance
  • Excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation
