Job Title: Agents Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Agents Assistant to join our dynamic team at Handle Recruitment. As an integral part of our agency, you will play a crucial role in supporting our agents and clients in the ever-changing live music industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with artists, managers, promoters, and production management to ensure seamless show and tour administration.
  • Prepare and issue artist show contracts, ensuring all necessary details are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Develop and maintain full artist touring schedules, collaborating with management and tour managers to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage a high volume of emails and phone calls, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and partners.
  • Coordinate agent travel arrangements, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
  • Update and maintain our booking system, accurately entering data and updating database records.
  • Represent the company at shows and festivals, fostering relationships with artists, managers, and promoters.
  • Compile and distribute ticket sales information to relevant parties, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Oversee tour artwork and announcements, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with managers, artists, venues, and promoters, building a strong network within the industry.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Agent's Assistant, with a strong understanding of the live music industry.
  • Excellent administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Professional presentation, with the ability to effectively communicate with high-profile clients.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Passion for new music, with a keen ear for emerging talent.
