Join JAM Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency, in seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Global Mobility Director. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to lead our expatriate compensation and payroll team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to manage our global mobility operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and delivering the end-to-end monthly data and compensation process, including collecting, processing, and distributing data and payroll instructions.
- Liaising with customers to ensure timely and accurate reporting, in line with agreed timelines and quality requirements.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance the user experience.
- Contributing to customer project workshops and meetings, and leading consulting projects, such as process reviews and project-based work.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience working in global mobility, expatriate tax, and/or payroll, specifically in areas such as data management, compliance, technology, and client management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver concise business updates and suggest process improvements.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end projects, with a focus on quality and risk management.
