Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Partner with project and commercial managers to enhance data accuracy and efficiency
    • Provide insights through management information and financial analysis
    • Lead budget reviews, cost management, and financial reporting for various projects
    • Prepare quarterly project appraisals with variance analysis to budget and forecast
    • Support budget holders in identifying savings and optimizing outputs
    • Ensure timely delivery of management accounts and meeting all reporting deadlines

Requirements

  • Essential Skills and Qualifications
    • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with a minimum of five years of post-qualified experience
    • Experience in finance business partnering, ideally within a complex or fast-paced industry
    • Strong financial reporting, analytical, and strategic planning skills
    • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive commercial outcomes
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
    • Previous experience in construction or a similar industry would be beneficial

Estimated Salary Range

We anticipate offering a salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
