We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse to join our Emergency Team at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to infants, children, and young people who attend our Emergency Department.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills and experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients and their families, while also supporting the development of our team and services.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to infants, children, and young people who attend the Emergency Department.
- Support and guide the development of the team and services to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our patients and their families.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to junior staff members.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
