About the Role

This position as a Care Support Specialist is located in our Cardiff office and requires someone who can handle night shifts and adapt to changing customer needs.

As part of this job, you will be handling customer inquiries and issues over the phone, email, or live chat. You will also have opportunities to build strong relationships with customers and provide them with solutions tailored to their needs.

  • You'll be working a rotating schedule of 4 shifts on, 3 shifts off during week one, followed by 3 shifts on, 1 shift off, 3 shifts on in week two, and then 3 shifts off, 4 shifts on in week three.

To succeed in this position, you should have excellent communication skills, be adaptable to new situations, and have a genuine interest in helping others. You must also be available to work a variety of shifts, including nights.
