Secondary Teaching Opportunity
Zen Educate is seeking a qualified Secondary teacher for a full-time position in Honiton. This role involves creating a positive learning environment that encourages engagement, self-esteem, and self-efficacy among students. As a member of our team, you will contribute to creating a supportive work environment that fosters collaboration between teachers, parents, and students.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive competitive pay, starting from £145.00 per day. All full-time employees are eligible for benefits, including job security and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
  • Encouraging students to use their critical thinking skills and develop their imagination
  • Collaborating with parents and other teachers to create a learning community that meets the needs of each student
  • Communicating effectively with parents and students via the iPad app or phone app

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, strong imagination and critical thinking skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Multitasking in a fast-paced environment will be a key requirement.
