We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimation Specialist to join our team at Build Space Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing commercial support to site teams, managing day-to-day project aspects, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide commercial support to site teams, maintaining accurate and timely cost and value reporting.
- Update monthly CVR, cost, and commercial plans, and ensure accountability for commercial performance and strategy.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure robust and accurate financial planning.
Requirements:
- HND or equivalent degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Experience in life sciences construction projects or similar.
