Clinical Cardiac Physiologist

We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Cardiac Physiologist to lead our team in providing Cardiac Physiology Services within the Clinical Investigation Centre, specialising in Complex Diagnostics.
About the Role:- Plan and implement standard operational policies and procedures for Cardiac Physiology Services.
- Assist in extending the services provided with Cardiac Physiology.
- Support specialised consultants and body with service delivery and resources within a multidisciplinary department.
- Manage the day-to-day performance of line reporting, create and maintain KPIs, and ensure project milestones and goals are met.
- Perform a range of highly specialised cardiac ultrasound investigations, including adult transthoracic, contrast, and bubble study echocardiograms.
- Interpret findings and independently issue final clinically diagnostic reports.
- Lead quality assurance in attaining clinical governance standards for Cardiac Physiology.
- Manage Cardiac Physiology audit programmes and provide monthly data as requested.
- BSc (Hons) in Clinical Physiology or BSc in Healthcare Science (Cardiac Physiology) or PTP equivalence.
- Transthoracic (TTE) Level 2 accreditation by the British Society of Echocardiography or Adult Transthoracic Echocardiography Certification by the European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging (EACVI).
- Knowledge and experience of advanced and highly specialised procedures acquired through accredited courses.
- Able to perform a range of specialist diagnostic investigations on patients in a variety of clinical settings.
