Sustainable Transport Project Coordinator

Derbyshire County Council is seeking a skilled Sustainable Transport Project Coordinator to contribute to the development and implementation of our Low Emission Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI) Strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape sustainable transport initiatives, supporting our goals to deliver clean and efficient electric vehicle infrastructure across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the roll-out of the Council's LEVI Strategy, ensuring successful delivery of electric vehicle infrastructure projects, from concept through to installation.
  • Manage and collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including district councils, central government departments, commercial partners, and Charge Point Operators.
  • Support the Senior LEVI Officer in overseeing projects, ensuring they meet agreed timelines, budgets, and key objectives.
  • Work with regional partners to develop innovative transport solutions.

As a Sustainable Transport Project Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, from concept to delivery, and contribute to the development of our LEVI Strategy. You will be working closely with a range of stakeholders, including district councils, central government departments, commercial partners, and Charge Point Operators.
