We are seeking a skilled Transport Administrator / Transport Planner to join our team at Smartsearch Recruitment. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient transportation of modular buildings and structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate transportation routes to meet customer requirements.
  • Optimise delivery and collection schedules to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with transportation regulations.
  • Manage logistical operations, including communication with customers, transport providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the branch, including general administration and IT tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Transport Planner / Transport Administrator / Logistics Planner / Logistics Administrator or similar.
  • Proven experience in general administration and using IT and systems.
