Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our team at ARM, located in Surrey. This is a hybrid and flexible role that offers the opportunity to work on complex technical problems, improve domain knowledge, and develop subject matter expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of design solutions to meet agreed time, cost, and quality requirements.
  • Ensure comprehensive design proving evidence is captured within the requirements management tools and endorsed by appropriate authority.
  • Understand contractual and performance requirements for Combat Systems and support the definition of associated acceptance criteria and events through design, build, integration, installation, and commissioning activities.
  • Provide technical support to integrated performance and acceptance activities, including acceptance of equipment from suppliers and system acceptance by the customer.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A background in a STEM subject.
  • Proven problem-solving ability.
  • Extensive stakeholder management skills at all levels.
