Technical Systems Specialist

At Advanced Resource Managers Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Technical Systems Specialist to join our team in Surrey. This is a hybrid role that offers flexible working arrangements.
The estimated salary for this position is £48,000 per annum.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Systems Specialist to work on the Common Infrastructure of combat systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with multiple stakeholders, maturing the infrastructure components, and ensuring that the evidence provided meets customer requirements.
The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include:
- Maturing aspects of the Common Infrastructure into the whole boat design
- Evaluating supplier evidence against ship specification requirements
- Managing engineering change requests and supporting whole boat change boards
- Generating system design documentation
- Supporting the integration strategy with suppliers
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proficiency in interface management
- Experience working in a Defence environment
- Expertise in requirements verification and validation
Desirable Skills
Prior experience with engineering lifecycle management and proficiency in using IBM DOORS would be beneficial but not essential.
