About the Role:

Approach Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Working at Height Supervisor to join their team in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining height safety systems, conducting inspections, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and inspections of existing working at height safety installations and implementing remedial work to bring them up to standard.
  • Managing and mentoring a Working from Height Engineer, providing guidance and support to help them progress and develop their skills.
  • Installing new working from height safety systems, particularly around roofing and canopies.

Requirements:

  • SSSTS and/or SMSTS certification.
  • CPCS or CSCS Card.
  • Proven experience in working from height safety systems.
  • PTS or Sentinel certification highly desirable.
  • Full UK driving license.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of around £35,000 depending on experience.
  • A company vehicle.
  • A full-time position based around London and the South.
