Job Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant
We're seeking a dedicated and caring Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team at Enhance Rehab. In this role, you'll play a vital part in helping patients achieve their goals and regain independence.

About the Role
As an OT assistant, you'll work collaboratively with our occupational therapists to develop and implement customized treatment plans, assist patients with various aspects of occupational therapy, and maintain accurate records of patient progress. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with patients, families, and our multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:
• Assist occupational therapists in creating individualized treatment plans that meet each patient's unique needs and goals.
• Provide hands-on support to patients during occupational therapy sessions, including exercises, techniques, and equipment operation.
• Maintain detailed records of patient conditions, responses to treatments, and progress notes, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with our occupational therapists, Director of Rehab, and facility staff to coordinate patient care delivery and address any concerns or issues.
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in occupational therapy to enhance your skills and contribute to our team's success.

Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
• A COTA/L or OTA certificate or associate's degree from an accredited program.
• Previous experience working as an occupational therapist assistant, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.

Estimated Salary Range
$66,500-$85,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
