Assembly Operations Technician

We are seeking an Assembly Operations Technician to join our manufacturing team in Southport, UK. This role involves operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring production targets are met in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble products according to company specifications.
- Perform quality checks on finished products and report defects.
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
- Assist with stock management and packing of products.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet production targets.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
