This position involves overseeing project planning and execution from start to finish, coordinating with external teams and stakeholders, and ensuring designs meet client requirements and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Land & Planning Managers to ensure planning submissions meet project requirements is crucial in this role.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for appointing and managing external design teams to meet project briefs and design programs.
  • Coordinating testing, reports, and design reviews to ensure project completion is essential to the success of the team.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to provide project information and ensure compliance is vital in maintaining strong relationships.
  • Organizing and participating in design review meetings will also be a key aspect of this role.

Requirements:

  • A relevant construction or architectural qualification is necessary for this position.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an equivalent or similar role within the construction industry.
  • A good knowledge of the design process and construction design stages is also required.
  • Technical knowledge and ability to use design and project management software are essential skills for this role.
