We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Powder Coating Sprayer to join our team in Corby. As a key member of our spray team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality finishes on our products and helping us to achieve our goal of operational excellence.
About The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role, within manufacturing, and possess a strong attention to detail and quality. Experience of powder coating is preferable but not essential (any other type of spraying experience would be considered).
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality finishes on our products, meeting production targets and adhering to industry standards.
* Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals and deadlines are met.
* Act as a proactive problem-solver in the face of spraying or coating challenges, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
* Maintain a safe and compliant workspace for everyone, adhering to all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of approximately £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 33 days holiday (including statutory Public Holidays), Life Assurance plan (x3), Company pension plan, and discounts and cashback across many high-street and online retailers.
