Account Executive - Commercial Insurance SME Role
We are assisting our client, IPS Group, in adding to their growing team of Account Executives.
This role is due to business growth and would suit someone who either is in a broking role and wants to try their hand at a more sales focused role, an established Executive who is looking to take on part of a book and then use their client facing skills and insurance knowledge to grow that book or even an Executive that has legacy relationships and wants to trust their customers with a well-established broker and further their career.
Our client is a specialist commercial insurance broker that has an enviable list of clients, nationwide reach and a clear pathway for the ambitious Executive/Broker who really wants to do something with their career.
If you have good cross commercial experience, back your technical knowledge or are just extremely adept at converting leads, creating leads or love to get into the clients business to expand their program, this may be the opportunity for you.
Salary ranging from £32k to £35k with a great OTE and potentially more for an Executive with a loyal client following.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships to increase revenue and market share.
- Work closely with the underwriting team to provide expert advice on commercial insurance products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the client's business remains competitive.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial insurance sales or broking.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
