Fundraising Manager for Trusts and Foundations

At Headway Kent Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Manager for Trusts and Foundations to join our team. This pivotal role will play a crucial part in diversifying our income streams and enhancing the range of services available to brain injury survivors and their families.

This is an exciting time for our organisation as we embark on a new chapter with ambitious goals. We are launching a new website and a new fundraising campaign to secure a new building at our current base, allowing us to expand and improve our services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing existing fundraising strategies, cultivating relationships with corporate partners and the wider community, and overseeing funding partnerships. They will also research and prioritise relevant trusts and foundations, collaborate with the HWK team to compile fundraising proposals, and represent the organisation at fundraising and networking events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop existing fundraising strategies
  • Cultivate relationships with corporate partners and the wider community
  • Oversee funding partnerships
  • Research and prioritise relevant trusts and foundations
  • Collaborate with the HWK team to compile fundraising proposals
  • Represent HWK at fundraising and networking events

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fundraising for trusts and foundations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
