Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training that meets the needs of various user groups in a human-centred approach.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Training, Culture and Engagement Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with end-users, HR, and other partners to provide training, skills, and effective support to staff and occasionally to residents.

The officer will guide users on corporate digital services, engage and enthuse staff, and collaborate with teams to ensure they have access to available technologies.

Requirements
  • Passion for working with people and experience in delivering training to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to create guidance and training materials addressing different learning needs.
  • Familiarity with modern technology platforms and services, coupled with a passion for digital innovation and driving change.
  • Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex concepts.
