Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day care and support to clients with spinal injuries and additional needs.
- Encourage clients to engage in social activities and maintain their independence.
- Liaise with clients' families and healthcare professionals as required.
- Follow the service user plan and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
- Experience of working with clients with challenging behaviours.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights.
