We are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our team in Wrexham, Mold, Flint, and surrounding areas of North Wales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day care and support to clients with spinal injuries and additional needs.
  • Encourage clients to engage in social activities and maintain their independence.
  • Liaise with clients' families and healthcare professionals as required.
  • Follow the service user plan and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Experience of working with clients with challenging behaviours.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights.
