Pay: £13 - £15/hour + mileage

Location: Wales - Flintshire - Flintshire - Mold

About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Homecare Specialists. As a Homecare Specialist, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation

• Assist with daily living tasks, such as household chores and shopping

• Promote client independence and dignity, encouraging them to participate in activities and make their own decisions

• Maintain accurate records of client care and support

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle

• Must be available to work every other weekend

• Dedicated, caring, punctual, and driven with a positive attitude

• Reliability, trustworthiness, and punctuality

• The right to work in the UK

• Experience of lone working

• Highly empathetic with excellent motivational skills
