Team Overview

Kennedys' Construction Professional Indemnity team is a recognized leader in the industry, handling a wide range of disputes and providing complex coverage advice to insurers' clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in handling high-value construction claims and providing coverage advice to clients.
  • Supervise and assist on large cases in a team environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including insurers and reinsurers, architects, contractors, and other industry professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes affecting construction professional indemnity policies and coverage issues.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years' experience as a UK Qualified Solicitor, Foreign Qualified Lawyer, or CILEX qualified professional.
  • Experience in professional indemnity policies and coverage issues in the construction professional indemnity sector.
  • Experience in handling high-value construction claims and complex coverage advice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
