About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in handling high-value construction claims, professional indemnity policies, and coverage issues in the Construction Professional Indemnity sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling complex construction disputes and provide coverage advice to clients.
  • Work closely with the team to develop and implement strategies for managing construction claims.
  • Collaborate with lawyers and other professionals to provide comprehensive coverage advice.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Professional Liability team.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years' experience as a UK Qualified Solicitor, Foreign Qualified Lawyer, or CILEX qualified professional.
  • Experience in professional indemnity policies and coverage issues in the Construction Professional Indemnity sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
