Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on various HR topics.

  • Engage closely with various teams throughout the organization, assisting with HR-related issues.
Key Performance Indicators:
  1. Advising on local terms and conditions of service and employment legislation.
  2. Developing partnerships with business managers and supporting the delivery of HR KPIs.
  3. Maintaining positive and open employee relations.
  4. Supporting the development and implementation of standard documentation, processes, and procedures.
  5. Absence Management Data, KPIs.

  8. Supporting the Services HR team with internal systems.
  9. Coordinating and supporting People Management processes.
  10. Supporting annual employee engagement surveys.
  11. Assisting with ad-hoc HR projects.
Requirements:
  1. A degree of relevant experience working in a Human Resources generalist role, preferably in an operational HR and policy development capacity.
  2. Experience working with HR information systems.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  4. Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
  5. Planning and organization skills.
  6. Flexibility and adaptability.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
Salary and Benefits:
