About the Job

We are recruiting a Community Fundraiser to join our team at Sja's West, responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with supporters in local communities, implementing fundraising plans, and managing community fundraising supporter relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with supporters in local communities.
  • Fundraising Strategy: Develop and execute effective fundraising strategies to achieve agreed targets.
  • Supporter Management: Manage all community fundraising supporter relationships to agreed budgets, deadlines, and stewardship levels.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure successful delivery of community fundraising initiatives.
  • Volunteer Engagement: Engage, motivate, and develop volunteers to achieve agreed outcomes.

What We Can Offer:
