We are seeking a talented Product Brand Experience Designer to join our team at Menwell Limited, a leading healthtech company. As a key member of our product design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our digital clinic, which delivers healthcare at scale to millions of patients worldwide.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the complete product design process from discovery to delivery, focusing on putting the customer first.
  • Validate hypotheses, ideas, and solutions using A/B testing, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Identify key metrics for the projects you are involved in and take ownership for achieving and evaluating their success.
  • Work closely with product managers, stakeholders, marketers, clinicians, and engineers in a cross-functional manner to identify problems, ideate on solutions, and see them through to implementation.
  • Identify key areas throughout the customer journey that can be enhanced and explain your recommendations with data, balancing customer and business goals.
  • Help build a design system that allows for consistent brand experiences across all platforms and devices and maintain it as we evolve.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of product design experience with an emphasis on consumer-facing, mobile-first products.
  • A strong portfolio of previously shipped delightful digital products.
  • Strong UI design skills across mobile and web platforms.
  • Experience in organizing and facilitating qualitative user research, such as user interviews and usability testing.
  • The ability to think at a high level about product strategy and clearly articulate design decisions.
  • The ability to prioritize and focus on outcomes rather than outputs.
  • Experience in growth design and AB testing.
  • Experience in designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems.
