Clinical Negligence Coordinator

This position involves working as a key member of our Clinical Negligence and Serious Injury Team. The ideal candidate will have at least £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, to contribute to the success of our team.
Responsibilities- Assisting lawyers with progressing their cases by performing various tasks such as access requests for medical records, record sorting, and document preparation.
- Obtaining additional or missing records and information, as well as researching and approaching medical experts.
- Liaising with clients, the Court, and other third parties via phone or email to ensure timely communication.
Drafting letters and documents, including witness statements, and arranging appointments and conferences as needed. Maintaining compliance with internal policies and GDPR regulations is also essential.
