As a Housing Support Officer, you will manage a caseload of clients, playing a crucial role in their journey by offering high-quality support, guidance, and practical assistance. Your efforts will empower them to establish or maintain stable housing while developing the necessary skills for sustaining their tenancy and achieving greater independence.

The role is primarily remote; however, attendance at our offices or various sites may be necessary. Travel expenses incurred for commuting will be the responsibility of the successful candidate. Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options, are available.
