About this Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Sustainability Specialist, focusing on supplier onboarding, audit management, and stakeholder engagement.

This exciting opportunity involves supporting large UK/International retailers to embed Sedex into their ethical sourcing processes, ensuring suppliers meet required standards.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Sedex Members, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive sustainability performance improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective supplier onboarding strategies to ensure timely registration, activation, and completion of self-assessment questionnaires.
  • Conducting regular supplier data matching to identify areas for improvement and optimize the onboarding process.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to resolve issues and concerns related to audit readiness and compliance.
  • Providing training and guidance to suppliers on Sedex systems and processes.
  • Liaising with Sedex Members' internal teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management, sustainability, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills in Sedex Advance/New Platform, Sedex Analytics, RADAR, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
