About the Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Sustainability Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sustainability initiatives across our supply chain, working closely with our stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, good technical knowledge of the Corrugated and Paper Industry, and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to build relationships and work collaboratively across various countries and cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sustainability strategies across our supply chain
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions
  • Monitoring and reporting on sustainability performance
  • Providing training and guidance to colleagues on sustainability best practices

The successful candidate will be able to expertly influence their network, whilst also coaching, mentoring and motivating the project teams that they work with on a regular basis. This will include close work with our Paper Quality Centre and other teams throughout DS Smith, developing new approaches to tackle challenges in the industry and ultimately achieving better and better results for your team and the organisation.
