About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team at Sage. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional user experiences for our AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct competitor analysis and define user models to inform design decisions
  • Design product ecosystems and specific product features, including layout patterns, UI elements, navigation patterns, and information architecture
  • Develop high-fidelity pixel-perfect designs and collaborate with visual designers and developers
  • Support and coach junior colleagues, and provide peer review and feedback to ensure high-quality design
  • Influence stakeholders and manage relationships to ensure design alignment with business goals
Requirements
  • Strong experience in UX and UI design, with a track record of shipped projects
  • Expert-level use of Figma and experience with design thinking methodologies
  • Knowledge of accessible design, responsive design, and cloud software design
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
