Senior UX Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team at TheNBS. As a key member of our UX Design team, you will play a critical role in delivering market-leading products and services in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of design assets during development, including personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Enhance existing visual elements and usability of NBS products.
  • Coordinate the work of other designers, ensuring it follows the UX process and meets team UX standards.
  • Validate ideas, concepts, and features with customers through regular user testing sessions.
  • Coach other UX team members to improve their skills.
  • Help promote a UX culture across our products, aiming to improve quality.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Software Developers, and Quality Assurance Testers.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable commercial Web/Product design experience.
  • UX-focused with a split UX/UI skillset.
  • Experience with Figma, DevOps/Jira, and other software development management tools.
  • Ability to follow an end-to-end design process, soliciting feedback and iterating on your own work.
