Audit Director

We are seeking a seasoned auditor to lead our audit function, providing high-level oversight and strategic guidance. As an Audit Director, you will be responsible for reviewing hot and cold audit and assurance files, identifying new audit guidance, and managing relationships with external audit reviewers.
About the Role- Provide high-level oversight of a busy audit function, ensuring effective communication on all aspects of audit compliance.
- Review and analyze audit files, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external audit reviewers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Lead liaison with the ICAEW on audit compliance matters, including managing regulatory visits and implementing recommendations.
- Monitor audit training needs and champion professional development and compliance knowledge.

What We Offer- A competitive salary of £90,000 to £100,000 per annum.
