Functional Assessment Professional

Reactive Recruitment is pleased to offer a unique opportunity for a Functional Assessment Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in evaluating patients' functional abilities and developing personalized plans to support their needs. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work 3, 4 or 5 days a week, with a competitive salary package of £38,500 - £41,500* + 5% retention bonus + rising to 10% quality & retention bonus.* The estimated annual OTE is £45,650 (Part time varies). We require candidates with 1 year post registration experience as a Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Paramedic.
About the Role:- You will conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' strengths and limitations
- You will develop and implement tailored plans to enhance patients' functional abilities
