About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Receptionist to join our team at Soho Farmhouse. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience in our spa and gym area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full service to all guests staying at Soho House who are utilizing the spa and gym area.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of Cowshed retail area and other items.
  • Inspect and clean equipment and floors, replace products, and keep inventory.
  • Provide a fun, approachable, and tranquil atmosphere in the Spa area.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating confidence and always looking to share best practice and develop your own skills.
  • Oversee the front of house team with minimal supervision.
  • Encourage excellent member relationships and ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure reports are set up correctly and budgets are communicated.
  • Work through daily checklist and delegate tasks to reception team.
  • Update management and team on sales achievements.
  • Communicate with wider site team as required.
  • Attend and host briefings when management are not available.
  • Support management to ensure mystery shopper standards are adhered to.
  • Assist management with stock control.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in a busy commercial reception desk.
  • Team player who communicates well with all colleagues.
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Sense of urgency.
  • Yes, yes, yes mentality.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Genuine passion for food and beverage.
  • Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required.
Working Hours

Varying shift times across the seven days, to include working evenings, weekends, opens & closes. Average hours 32-45 hours per week.
